I had this business replace the battery in my iPhone last year. The battery they used to replace mine was used and not an Apple battery. My phone overheats repeatedly throughout the week and I am not able to check battery health through the iPhone app. The phone dies when the battery level reaches 20%, which is not normal. This is my tenth iPhone so I know how they are supposed to work. I paid $60 which would be reasonable for a good repair and that is not what I got. I don’t appreciate being swindled.
