After being quoted £65 in another shop to have my screen replaced I decided to try and fix myself, was unable to remove the screws so thought I’d see if Phone Clinic would be willing to fix it using the screen I’d bought. Outstanding service all round, was charged £15 and it was done within 30 mins. They also said a new screen plus fitting would have been £40 which is as cheap as you’ll find anywhere. I took my phone in after I dropped it on the beach and I couldn't charge my phone. My guess was sand got stuck in the port. I said this to the chap at the shop and he took a look. He tried to clean the port and then found that it wasn't sand but was actually plastic that had melted in the port and I would require a new charging port. I was in a rush so couldn't do that work so said I would go elsewhere for the work. He was very kind and didn't charge me for this diagnosis nor did he try to up sell in any way.
