I went to Phone Goodies to repair my old iPhone 11. The first time was for a microphone issue, and the owner honestly told me the truth about the phone- that it wasn’t worth replacing the microphone or other parts since the device itself wasn’t very valuable. I really appreciated his honesty, as most other places would have tried to deceive customers in that situation.
