Had a cracked screen replaced on a Galaxy tablet. Had issues with the job, not working and too sensitive so took it back for a free replacement of the screen. James was great, not an issue, "I'll just replace the screen, it must be faulty". Returned next day to pick it up, all good.

Not happy at all thought price was reasonable so went ahead was told be fixed and replaced by end of day (my mums phone) needed it back he assured me would be done by 4 same day. Messages me at 4 telling me that something was faulty so won't be ready until another day. Went in and asked for it back as somewhere else said they'll fix it, he proceeded to tell me its already taken apart so that wasn't possible i asked for a "spare phone" he ended up giving me a broken old iPhone which is fine as long as it worked wouldn't accep... read more
Had mobile phone disaster iPhone kept turning on and off had important info messages ect that I needed for court bought a replacement phone they download from iCloud to new phone Evan though I couldn’t remember passwords ect. I was really stressed as I needed that information and I bought reconditioned phone left it with them came back in hour and they had iCloud back up download to new phone. I was beside my self and they calmly professionals
