I put my playstation 5 in for them to look at as it had been switching itself off. This was due to overheating. The guys at Game XP professionally cleaned my PS5 and advised me that the heat sink on my SSD was installed incorrectly , they fixed this for me. Since it has been cleaned my PS5 has not switched off. Great job!

I said this 11 months ago "PS5 left stick drifting. Walked in, no appointment and was sorted in 3 hours and very reasonably priced. If anything goes wrong, I'll happily travel there again to make sure it's sorted first time. Thanks for all your help" I have been back twice since for separate issues with the pad again and last time for my PS5 as it was overheating. Again, same great service same day turnaround (3.5 hours to be precise) and still reasonably priced. 5/5 Highly recommended
Self confessed Samsung Guy, I've been looking at the S25, but didn't fancy paying £800, Popped into the shop today, Kamran was brilliant, gave me a nice deal on a new Galaxy A16, which i really like 👍 The A16 was to replace my S20fe, Big Thank You Kamran 💯🤟
