Used this bank for years, never had any issues. Now all of a sudden they refuse to work with me on multiple account issues I’m having. WORST of all, I called to report fraud on my account and I’m told “there’s nothing we can do on our end.” Worst bank I’ve encountered, I do NOT recommend banking here.
The mobile app is the absolute worst!
