The folks at Phoenixville Federal are once again my hero! Cathy at Collegeville spotted a check of mine that didn't match my signature. It had been "washed". On to Jeff, Chris and Amy at Kimberton who all helped in resolving the fraud that was perpetrated against my account. Five stars are NOT enough! Thank You All!
Trust, dedication, and value in the neighborhood! I believe in working with organizations that support the community in which you live. Case in point---my husband was recently alerted that we were victims of "check washing." Someone tried to steal money from our bank account BUT a trustworthy employee at Phoenixille Federal (thank you, Jeff!!) noticed the fraud with his eyes. No AI involved or complex algorithm.
