Mike Daily is AMAZING! He noticed a water leak at our home and immediately notified us (which is so appreciated because we were out of town). He even helped us turn off the drip systems, which saved us from a much bigger problem. We can’t thank him enough for his quick action, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Truly the best, so grateful for his help!
Terrible automated system!! Terrible policies! And who asked on behalf of Us (the residents)to allow services to continue and allow extra fees even if no payments were made within a year? I'd rather have services cut off than to get a ridiculous bill that should've been off if it passed a couple of hundreds, yet the city decided it was ok to allow a few thousands to incurr before cutting it off in the middle of this extreme heat that we find ourselves in! We should start a class action on the water department and its employees 3mth without water. And they keep saying submit the same paperwork over and over and over three managers and five employees who we’ve given all the documentations and they say will call you tomorrow or we get a confirmation that’s gonna get turned on and then it gets canceled. It is like playing some archaic video game and dying 5 times and starting over before you figure out what it wants you to do.
Does not pick up ALL TRASH CANS, as they are put on the street on a timely manner. Should be replaced. ICE
