I just want to cancel my service. We are moving out of state. Their website is very confusioning.
We've been residing in Maricopa County for 15 years and own multiple properties (rental properties.) If an account falls into collections due to a tenant not paying the final water bill prior to vacating the rental property. This Public water service provider initiates a large portion of the water shut offs on Wednesday. This service provider will not turn on water services for "3 Business Days" once a new account is created. Why charge a customer of 11 years a deposit when transferring services. Ridiculous!!! Did not get charged a deposit last year when transferred services, why this time? Thieves is all I can say. I can understand new customers but for existing, what the point especially is account has always been in good standings. Also customer service reps are not nice.
Worst people to deal with. Next to the court system this is the worst. Transferring a service or starting one is an absolute nightmare. They could care less what you can pay or how long you try to submit requests in advance. You can expect to not have water upon moving into your new home.
Muy triste y lamentable que los servicios que nos brindan para asistencia de fuga en medidor del agua no lo puedan solucionar y luego dejarnos sin aguan es inaceptable lo mas triste de todo esto es dejar una nota sin explicación de que fue lo q hicieron o al menos decir que van a regresar.
