Wow. I have never had such a drawn out and horrible experience getting utilities put into my name as a tenant. The amount of bogus information and documentation this company requires for UTILITIES is beyond ridiculous. Every time I call for clarification on what else they could possibly need, I speak to someone who is reading from a script and misses providing me necessary information. Are they going to tell me they need the rights to my unborn child next as well??

Some one who I don't know shut my water off with a lock and come to found out it was wrong address. And it was such a hassle to get my water back on I own the property but someone who doesn't can get the water shut off in a second.had to drive down to the office to prove who i was.worst experience ever

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We scheduled our water service transfer more than a week in advance. The previous owner’s service was supposed to be shut off and ours turned on the same day. We completed all of the required paperwork and did everything we were asked to do. Unfortunately, the City of Phoenix made an internal error. They shut the previous owner’s water off but never activated our service, despite everything already being scheduled. The worst city company. Trying to make a few dollars, they keep on changing the due date. Every month due date is different & charge me late fee 3~4 $ Pitiful!>
