I had a pretty smooth experience with Phoenix Water Services. First, I submitted a request to have the damaged LCD screen on my water meter replaced, and then I called to follow up. About two weeks later, two technicians came to my home and replaced it with a new one. The technicians did a great job. They replaced the LCD screen and also explained how to read and use the water meter based on the numbers shown on the display, including how to check for possible leaks.
horrible customer service, definitely sold out of the city cause reaching to a solution is TIME CONSUMING .
Their customer service is the worst. They are very unorganized and do not know how to manage things for customers.
Tried to pay my water bill online and they wont accept my only card i have so what is the point of your website wont take it to make an online payment for.
