I consider Aaron a Qi Gong master and recommend him for qi gong to my acupuncture clients. Aaron is very well educated in martial arts and qi gong and takes his personal practice very serious, as well as education to his students. I wanted to try Xing Yi to strengthen my neck and back. Shrfu Aaron was the ideal teacher for me. He helped me feel comfortable even though I had no previous experience in martial or internal arts. Studying Xing Yi with Shrfu Aaron definitely increased my strength, but I didn't anticipate the calming affect it would have on my mind.
