Wow stay away! I understand it's hot in AZ.... but if you can't service me, is it unfair to tell me that? I waited in the heat for almost 4 hours for these guys to show up. No ETA, no updates, wouldn't tell me anything but we will be there when we can. Representative first hung up on me when I tried to get update and then proceeded to tell me that "what goes around comes around" as if I was at fault! Such a condescending tone... They took three days for them to actually show up after promising everyday that they were coming. They sent an individual who was not at all familiar with my machine. He may be good at other repairs but was guessing at mine. He did not fix the problem, in fact the machine runs significantly worse. Called to see if the problem could be fixed. Purchased a sushi display case to open my business Purchase through this company. Brought home, cleaned it and turned it on and realize many major issues such as temperature control is missing - wire was cut off, light does not turn on, condensation was terrible - there were water dripping everywhere.
