After three weeks of daily headaches I decided to book in with Phoenix Massage for a TMJ/headache treatment. After just two sessions I’ve now gone two weeks without a headache and the way that has improved my quality of life while working, raising kids and running a business has been epic. I was incredibly close to choosing daily medication to manage my headaches and migraines but instead I’ll just keep heading to Lisa - who is an absolute queen by the way. Thank you Lisa!

Such an incredible recovery centre! So many different therapies and recovery options to choose from. The ladies are always so welcoming and helpful. Lisa has helped me so much with both maintenance on my body as well as treatment for an injury. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!
