Thanks God letting me know this company! I wish I can give them 100 stars, they are so professional to handle everything right after the fire happened. Thank you so much to Fred, Phil and Long! I was so lost when this emergency happened. They told me not to worry anything and they would take care everything for me. They made me stress free for this complicated situation! After a terrifying fire at our home early in the morning back in 2023 , while we were sitting in front of the house that morning out of the blue I recd a call from Tom Dougherty of Phoenix Adjusters asking if we had a public adjuster yet. They did everything they could. My situation was perfect for Phoenix. My house caught on fire – but only a section of the house. It was clear that I wasn’t going to max out on my insurance as most of the house was in good shape. I spoke with my insurance agent immediately and he told me what he thought that I might get reimbursed for after looking at the property. I want to praise Tom Doughty who came to our rescue after a fire. We had never gone through anything like this before and were kind of in shock; not sure what to do. We had never filed an insurance claim like this and really weren't sure what to do at the time.
