Everyone has a nasty attitude In the office when you called to get repairs done and tell her about certain things, she will tell you do you have trash out do you keep food on the counter? It’s roaches though out the apartment rats in Ceiling rats running through apartment. Whenever they come out to fix anything it’s half done the bathroom sink smells like sewage…
Charge $400 dollar deposit to section 8 recipients , just to move them into an already damaged apartment. Then charge you for previous damages that you pointed out to them that they will never fix .. Failed inspection after yearly recertification because they still did not improve the Living situations ex. Appliances , lighting fixtures , insulation.. Point is you will move into the already jimmy rigged apartment , then be held accountable for the damages after moving ! Stay away Cheap deposit for a reason

Its a ok Realtor the only think is the ppl that work there in the office is can be so rude and nasty at times and I feel like once they get you to sign the lease they treat you anyway
