Broke my shoulder. Fortunately my chiropractor recommended Phoenix. I am more than a bunch of decades old and have had physical therapy a number of times. This was by far the best outcome I have ever had. Follow Kraigs directions and you to will have an outstanding experience.
I had very bad pain. I didn't have surgery for which I would need rehab. Chronic pain is to be addressed manual therapy to relax the area He has no eye contact and what little he says is very condescending

Like the website says, my neck flew to new heights like the mythical phoenix after being in ashes. Honestly, Kraig did an awesome job and I have never had to follow-up since seeing him. Borderline unstable cervical retrolistheses and he gave me exercises to do at home which have been very helpful. Those in combination with supplements (collagen, glucosamine chondroitin, turmeric) and deep red light therapy have been very helpful.
