Absolutely amazing experience. I visited Zazu after my third baby just as a routine check in. From the get go, she was very responsive, following up with a preliminary phone call and some guidance before we even met. The initial consultation is thorough and hands on, unlike other providers who meet with you briefly and give generic advice. She follows up with a detailed email reminding you of what was discussed and detailed notes on how to do each of the movements. Finding Dr. Zazu has truly been a game changer during this pregnancy. I began working with her at 15 weeks, and the pelvic floor exercises she provided have made such a difference. Anytime I’ve experienced pain, she has taken the time, care, and energy to work with me, significantly improving my symptoms. Now at 35 weeks pregnant, I plan to continue working with her after I give birth. I’m incredibly grateful to have found such a talented, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor!
I was honestly very uncomfortable with the idea of seeing a pelvic floor therapist at first. I knew I needed help, but I was unsure how to navigate my problems. Zazu is one of the best PTs I’ve been too. I initially saw her for a back injury a little over a year ago and she was able to find the root cause of the problem and help find solutions. I more recently saw her for a shoulder injury and the recovery process has been seamless, she is so detailed and thorough with her explanations but also makes them super easy for anyone to understand. Her knowledge and experience is second to none. Plus she so caring and personable it’s a great combination! I would recommend her to anyone
Zazu is your go to for all your physical therapy needs. As a fitness instructor, I’ve had my fair share of over use injuries and Zazu’s knowledge of the human body is top tier. Not only did she help me recover from a knee injury a few years ago but most recently I’ve returned with over active and tight hamstrings and glutes. I cannot recommend her dry needling sessions enough. I’m now back to running like it never happened!
