I had a torn labrum and had surgery to repair it, now I’m better than I ever was in strength, stability, range of motion, and endurance.
I have been doing physical therapy here for over a year due to residual and compounded issues. But I'm finally getting my strength back! The atmosphere is relaxing, it's not overly busy like other places and the therapists are attentive, kind and fun. If you are someone who wants to make sure you are doing movements correctly, they are happy to continue to help you to get the movement right! I really feel supported in my goals here!
Staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful ,friendly too. Made me feel welcome and 😟 about my well-being I highly recommend this practice 👌
