Staff absolutely great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped with my recovery from knee replacement surgery. Highly recommended.
I can't thank Joe and team enough for all that they have done for me. I have had 2 neck fusions. Before I started seeing Joe, I wasn't able to turn my neck, would experience frequent headaches, have pain to the point I wouldn't be able to enjoy life. Joe helped all of that. I have more mobility, my headaches are infrequent and my daily pain has been reduced. He taught me exercises that will help me continue to enjoy life. From the receptionist Kathy to the therapists especially Sara and Joe, everyone at the Douglassville Phoenix location is committed to giving exceptional service. When I started at Phoenix I was having excruciating pain in my back and hip. In a few short weeks Sarah helped me significantly reduce my pain and get me back to my usual activity. In addition they made my therapy enjoyable and entertaining. I actually looked forward to to my visits!
