Very friendly staff always smiling. Its hard to get my granddad appointments with Morgan's availability and my schedule but they are very accommodating and always let me know if there is a cancellation.
Staff is professional and personable. I am currently doing therapy at Phoenix for a left knee revision. Therapists explain what each exercise is pinpointing and why. They give positive reinforcement to get you to your goal. Highly recommend
This is my 2nd experience with Douglassville Phoenix PT. And again I was impressed with the team! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and treats everyone that comes in with respect and encouragement! They make it fun which distracts you from your pain and before you know it you’re on the road to recovery. Cathy at the front desk is always accommodating when scheduling or reschepduling you. The whole team is top notch! For the record, I just have to say it’s not Sarah’s fault!!!
