Great place to go for therapy. I went last year for left knee replacement. I came back earlier this year for lymphedema. Im currently still going due to right knee replacement. Very caring, respectful, helpful employees.
I’m not satisfied with this place because first of all when I asked about my copayment I was told that I would get a statement with the amount of my copayment. Instead I got a bill for $ 497.00 for services rendered. All the I got were hot stones and a massage, which didn’t help with my pain. I didn’t even get on any exercise on a machine or anything🙁🙁
My husband had such great service from all the staff. I would highly recommend this place for your physical therapy needs.
To say I am impressed by Phoenix Physical Therapy would be an understatement. I just finished 12 weeks of therapy but will return for more sometime after undergoing back surgery. I was in such capable hands the entire time. David and his staff are caring, compassionate and professional in every sense of the word.
