Everyone is so sweet here! I was pretty nervous due to the nature of PT I was receiving and honestly I felt very comfortable pretty fast! Both of issues were fixed and I even have a great list of workouts to continue at home!
Working with Kathy Noblitt has been nothing less than transformative. Every PT session was interesting and enjoyable. I learned so much and looked forward to our sessions. And as a result of this PT, my pelvic floor has experienced a complete turnaround. I’m highly motivated to continue on my own what Kathy has taught me.

Phoenix physical therapy is an amazing place. The physical therapist are very dedicated and helpful. They tuned into your problem and give you appropriate exercise exercises to help the problem. They also give you follow up exercises to do at home!!
