I would like to share feedback regarding my repeated interactions with the front desk. While the medical care itself has been convenient, the communication experience (particularly over the phone) has been consistently negative. The receptionist, Deb, often communicates in a tone that feels dismissive, impatient, and at times unnecessarily abrupt, even when I am making straightforward requests. Personable, well-qualified caring staff Clean and organized facility
With physical therapy being an activity that has to be frequent and consistent, it’s important to have a good relationship with the therapist you have to visit. This was most certainly the case with Miss Cathy. Miss Sue at the front desk is extremely efficient and easy to work with when trying to accommodate your schedule, as well. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
