If you need physical therapy, Phoenix is really the place to go. I was really hesitant about going anywhere for physical therapy but once I started at Phoenix I am so happy that I did so. The staff is so knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things to you. They're friendly. We actually have fun there as well as working hard.
Though the team is small, I've yet to see any of them leaving a patient feeling abandoned or neglected. They expertly keep every client sailing smoothly from one activity to the next while simultaneously staying engaged and building rapport. I hope I don't need to continue physical therapy for more than a few weeks, but I know I definitely won't dread any of my appointments between now and then!
