Order some tethering products from them and the customer service is horrible. I reached out multiple times asking why I hadn’t received my order and each time they told me they would verify and email me back the same day but nothing. So I’m still without my item and neither Tether Tools or USPS which they use to send it can tell me where it is.

Tether Tools verkauft Verlängerungskabel USB-C auf USB-C. Leider funktionieren die nicht. Ich habe eines gekauft und festgestellt, dass nichts übermittelt wird. SONY-> Mac. 70$ verschwendet. Ein Jahr später habe ich noch einmal eins gekauft, da ich dachte, es habe vielleicht am Rechner gelegen oder wäre ein einmalig defektes Kabel gewesen. Aber auch dieses hat nichts transportiert. Fantastic! Restored, enlarged and was able to produce a photo out of a negative that was subjected to extreme exposure in 1958, to an extremely presentable photo for display. I am so satisfied with their service and quality that I have selected several more photos to be reproduced. I recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of service.
