I’m updating my review because my mom has been in and out of Phoenix Mountain Post Acute for a couple of years, and her care has only gotten worse. She has Parkinson’s and is often left in bed for hours with a wet diaper and absolutely no attention. I’ve even had to call paramedics during an emergency when staff ignored calls for help. Sadly, I can’t recommend this facility to anyone who wants their loved one properly cared for.

I was there for 8years I was going retired I loved it there like my home or something came up and I’m not there no more but it’s a good place Family

My experience with this facility was heartbreaking. The building is so short staffed that residents are often left waiting far too long for help. I watched call lights go unanswered, and basic care like bathing, toileting, and even simple comfort needs were delayed or overlooked. No one should ever feel like a burden just for needing care, yet that’s how it often felt here.
