Warning: This Job (call handler) Is a Scam I don’t understand how this company is even still operating. I reported them to the New York Board of Labor because of how shady their practices are. The pay is nowhere near what’s posted on Indeed, and the amount of work they expect for so little money is ridiculous. This place is so unprofessional. I was interviewed once. Then set up for a second interview..the supervisor WENDY was 20 minutes late to my 2nd interview. They then wanted to proceed with a job offer and told me to send over the specs of my computer. I did that. A week went by and I heard nothing from Wendy or Jean Irwin the recruiter. I called 5 times..everytime they were both busy or on another line. I have been working with Phoenix for almost 3 years now and have been so thankful for management who is flexible and understanding. This job has enabled me to work from home in a manner conducive to also raising my kids and they have been very family oriented. I have found the company to set you up to succeed without hand-holding while also building confidence to do the work without micro-managing! It has all the perks of a remote job, while still maintaining the feeling of a workplace community.

I have been working for Phoenix for approximately a year and a half. I am a qualified document specialist as well as part of the QA team. I enjoy working from home and I also work for them when I am away from my home which is definitely a plus. There usually is plenty of work and work hours can be somewhat flexible. I never have an issue if I have to leave a shift early or take time off due to other commitments. I am currently an employee with Phoenix as an IC QDS and my experience so far has been great! It is a stress free job. The hours are very flexible, the pay is decent and I’m working from the comfort of my home. I honestly don’t have any complaints. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. There may be a day here and there when it may be slow just like any other company but for the most part there is work and management is very helpful making work available to you. I highly recommend this company. Best WFH job I’ve had.
