I have been working with Phoenix for almost 3 years now and have been so thankful for management who is flexible and understanding. This job has enabled me to work from home in a manner conducive to also raising my kids and they have been very family oriented. I have found the company to set you up to succeed without hand-holding while also building confidence to do the work without micro-managing! It has all the perks of a remote job, while still maintaining the feeling of a workplace community.
I have been working for Phoenix for approximately a year and a half. I am a qualified document specialist as well as part of the QA team. I enjoy working from home and I also work for them when I am away from my home which is definitely a plus. There usually is plenty of work and work hours can be somewhat flexible. I am currently an employee with Phoenix as an IC QDS and my experience so far has been great! It is a stress free job. The hours are very flexible, the pay is decent and I’m working from the comfort of my home. I honestly don’t have any complaints. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. There may be a day here and there when it may be slow just like any other company but for the most part there is work and management is very helpful making work available to you. I highly recommend this company. Best WFH job I’ve had.
I am thankful to work for this company as not many home scribe/transcription positions are available with good companies. They are definitely one of the better ones I have worked with. I have worked for them for many years and love my accounts. They are helpful with training and flexible schedules.
I have been with Phoenix for 7 years and I honestly don't want to ever leave. I'm making the best money of my life and its rewarding work knowing I'm fighting hard for patients to get the services they need. If you are a fast/quick learner and organized, this is for you.
