Do not move here. The front office is horrible. Everyone is rude and they change often. They overcharge for rent, they NEVER fix anything! Maintenance is non existent. The trash is always full and resident's throw what doesn't fit around it. Stray animals constantly. Police patrolling 24/7, gang violence and so many homeless people and camps.. Went to visit the property today and what a clean and pretty property and neighborhood. I finally met Brad the maintenance supervisor and Erica the community manager they are awesome!!! We are their resurfacing company and Brad is on top of his game and on point and not to mention he's pretty funny too 🤣I love our work relationship we have we will continue to take care of all of their resurfacing needs thanks Brad for making my job so much fun!!! Keep up the great work
My family and I are going to be residents at the Marcos De Niza Apartments. From what I've seen the property is very nice and the upkeep is very neat and cleanly. Everyone seems to be very mindful and private. All of the staff in the office are organized and are helpful with any questions that you have with your application and address every concern. Marcos de Niza Senior Center is fun but when they do exercise their force you to do it some people that go over there they don't want to do it and the people go over there they're nosy they want to know your business the only thing is good could you get the brown back and you get me but you have to pay for the meat
