If I could give negative stars I would. I acquired the services of frank James, who was pushy, rude, and unprofessional. I found another company that I wanted to use instead and when I told frank, he told me that he didn’t care and for me to stop being so emotional. He said he was still going to serve the papers even though I told him I didn’t want to use his services and without payment. He said he would be suing me and sending me to collections.
