Yes, they are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.i work from home and am constantly booted from my online meetings and in the evening while trying to watch TV, signal goes in and out all night. I called and had to leave a message as no one was available and they have not returned my call. A week later, I’m calling again (having to leave a message again) in hopes that someone will at least make an attempt to make this right. If not, we’re done and will have to go with someone else.

Contacted Phoenix Internet this morning with a concern that I had. My concern was handled very expediously and very courteously by Patty Perez. I really appreciate the extra service she provided in handling my concern and in remedying the concern very quickly. Patty was a pleasure to deal with and very easy to talk to as well. Thank you to Patty for her excellent service today and I look forward to my relationship with Phoenix Internet in the future. Again, many thanks. John

I think "Phoenix Internet" is the best, cheap and fastest internet provider company. Good customer service and great tech support and installation in phoenix az. Thank you....Andy

I called to ask about cancelling my service since the house is now vacant. They were able to schedule an appointment two days out to pick up the equipment. It was not until after the equipment was picked up that I found out they wanted me to pay over $300 for early cancellation. The customer service person should have mentioned the cancellation fee before she scheduled the equipment to be picked up.
