Contacted Phoenix Internet this morning with a concern that I had. My concern was handled very expediously and very courteously by Patty Perez. I really appreciate the extra service she provided in handling my concern and in remedying the concern very quickly. Patty was a pleasure to deal with and very easy to talk to as well. I think "Phoenix Internet" is the best, cheap and fastest internet provider company. Good customer service and great tech support and installation in phoenix az. Thank you....Andy

I called to ask about cancelling my service since the house is now vacant. They were able to schedule an appointment two days out to pick up the equipment. It was not until after the equipment was picked up that I found out they wanted me to pay over $300 for early cancellation. The customer service person should have mentioned the cancellation fee before she scheduled the equipment to be picked up.
