Maria was a wonderful teacher, instructor, mentor, and friend! She was very knowledgeable in Hypnobirthing and was always happy to answer my questions. She covered everything thoroughly and helped my husband and me feel very comfortable about our up coming birth. Her home was very inviting and was a wonderful, intimate place to meet. We enjoyed that there were only a few other couples in our class which helped make the class more personal. I would definitely recommend taking the Hypnobirthing class from Maria!
I began hypnobirthing classes with MariaElena at 30 weeks pregnant, and my little one decided to show up early, at 33 weeks. Because of his early arrival, I was only able to attend two of the five classes. Even though I didn't get to participate in the full course, the two classes I did attend helped tremendously, and I'm so thankful for them and highly recommend hypnobirthing and MariaElena to any and all expectant parents!
I was very fortunate to find MariaElena. My husband and I hosted the class at our house for ourselves and another couple. MariaElena was a wealth of information and encouragement. Maria was a wonderful mentor and Hypnobirth instructor! She cares deeply for both natural childbirth through the philosophy of Hypnobirthing and for her clients. She respects the different views and backgrounds of the parents-to-be and works to mold the Hypnobirth experience to their respective comfort levels.
