My experience with Phoenix Flooring was excellent from start to finish! I knew exactly which flooring I wanted when I walked in to get an estimate and Joe and Cassandra were easy to work with from there. Installers Sean and his crew were clearly experienced professionals - they did an amazing job tearing out the old floor and installing the new floor. I’d definitely recommend doing business with Phoenix to anyone. I’ll be going back to them when I’m ready to put new flooring in my bedrooms.
Phoenix Flooring and their team has great customer skills. They greeted my wife and I with such warmth and sincerity…. We appreciate them so much for all their help and will be using them in the future. Great thanks and many blessings to them. They communicate well, always give us tons of options to choose from no matter how long it takes us to choose, their response is very fast and works around our busy schedule.
