About four years ago I entered Phoenix Flooring for guidance on a leak that had been causing damage in my home. I approached them on advice on the issue, of which I had little experience with about possible causes and cost of the flooring replacement. My experience with Phoenix Flooring was excellent from start to finish! I knew exactly which flooring I wanted when I walked in to get an estimate and Joe and Cassandra were easy to work with from there. Installers Sean and his crew were clearly experienced professionals - they did an amazing job tearing out the old floor and installing the new floor. I’d definitely recommend doing business with Phoenix to anyone. I’ll be going back to them when I’m ready to put new flooring in my bedrooms.
This company installed all the flooring for my home. I selected a beautiful European oak engineered wood product. It was a great decision and it has been very easy to care for over the years. They also installed the floor and wall tiles for all my bathrooms. The quality of the installation was great and it resulted in a beautiful finished product. Really appreciate the flexibility and good work from Joe, David, and Shawn. Our home has all the quirks of an old house and they handled those issues with ease. Love our new floor!
