My experience with Phoenix Flooring was excellent from start to finish! I knew exactly which flooring I wanted when I walked in to get an estimate and Joe and Cassandra were easy to work with from there. Installers Sean and his crew were clearly experienced professionals - they did an amazing job tearing out the old floor and installing the new floor. I’d definitely recommend doing business with Phoenix to anyone. I’ll be going back to them when I’m ready to put new flooring in my bedrooms.

I love the service with great suggestions and very informative comparing products! I learned a lot of information on the advantages of one product over another so that I could make an intelligent decision on our bathroom project. They were very patient with me while I was choosing style and color of tile. They went above and beyond! I have another bathroom that needs renovating, and I will be letting Phoenix Flooring help with that as well!!
We are so satisfied with the results of our wood floors in 2 rooms. We were able to find the same floor to match the rest of the house. Allowing a cohesive look throughout. Service was performed in 2 days. Overall, process was quick, would highly recommend Phoenix Flooring!
