Worst gym ever
Don't go here. They charged me $6000 in cancellation fees and are still trying to get money from me
nicest and cleanest gym on long island, great staff and great owner
My first time visiting this gym was Friday, July 2nd. I am very impressed with this gym and have been to my fair share. When I entered the gym there was a gentleman sitting at a table whom I thought was patronizing the gym that actually worked there. He immediately asked me how he could help me. I guess he noticed I was a bit confused because I didn't see my trainer. I thought that was very nice of him; he was not behind a counter and easily blended in as a gym member. First time using this gym. Isn’t huge but has everything you need - most important to me was the free weights , bench ,and squat rack. Very clean, friendly staff, and new equipment, would highly recommend
