I have been a victim of fraud and scamming by Phoenix Financial Group over the last couple of years. They charged me $5000 to help settle an IRS tax debt. When they do respond, which is only after I've written 3 or 4 times requesting the same information, they've repeatedly told me that I'm protected from enforcement during this OIC process. THEY LIE! They have told me in writing a number of times that I'm protected YET when I call the IRS, I now have proof they are lying and will be proceeding with legal action against this... read more
