Arrived about 45 minutes late for a scheduled pick-up so had to reschedule the doctor's appointment for my mom. Had used them previously and service was OK but what set this one a part for which I can never use them again is the way the dispatcher handled the situation when I called them 10 minutes after scheduled time. First she told me the guy was on the way and would be there in 8 minutes (this turned out to be a lie).
