Most of the items have little hangar appeal. So try it on! You will love it! The textures, feel, craftswoman ship and tailoring are top notch. Additionally, most everything is made in the USA but small independent woman. Its eco- friendly and fashion forward! I love this place!
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED – When they say no returns, they mean NO RETURNS, never, ever, period! Including when you purchase a defective piece of clothing. Sure, they'll offer to repair it. They'll even give you a store credit. But after you've walked out of there after dropping several hundred dollars on a couple of items, maybe you just want what you asked for in the first place: a refund. Best clothing/jewelry/shoe store in Richmond – The owner/buyer of this store has fabulous imaginative taste and it is full of wonderful things that you can't find other places. I live in Manhattan and make a special trip to Richmond just to shop at the Phoenix and have K and the other sales people put outfits together that make people ask me over and over where I got them. Straight Out of Pretty Woman – Want to feel like Julia Roberts, pre-hooker makeover? Head down to The Phoenix! These people are nuts-what can you say to some young punks that are not even telling the truth and have some sort of problem with being respectfull in public spaces? They were in the store when i was there and if I owned the store I would have asked them to leave in no uncertain times as they were yelling and lying in the middle of the floor talking on their cell phones. HOW RUDE!!!!
