I live @Solano ridge apts my ceiling is literally caving in. There's visible huge holes in the ceiling I can see the roof. My son has fatal prone asthma and has been hospitalized numerous times since moving in. I've given the manager letters from his doctors but to no avail. 3 times maintenance has entered my apt unauthorized and I have a note on my door in English and in spainish advising of this. I've given them numerous 5 day notices nothing happens I need help legally or city help to get results. Its sad we pay all of th... read more

My "slum lord" is City of Phoenix. I have lived here for 1-1/2 years and my ceiling has leaked ever since. They have been giving me runaround b.s. for the whole time about why they can't fix it. As of this very moment, there are pieces of drywall and insulation on my floor, and the rain is pouring in. The property is called Paradise Greens, owned by City of Phoenix, managed by Dunlap & Magee. Watch out for these slum lords. You may think you're getting a good deal, but you're not!
