I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max to get the battery replaced it worked fine for a couple months and they gave warranty for 6 months and nearing 5 months of the warranty the battery was faulty and it would power off randomly and the battery would go from 100% to 1% and eventually it wouldn’t turn on at all which is when I took it back to these clowns and then they said they couldn’t replace the faulty battery that they put into my phone because my screen had a chance of going bad which is probably a lie, and they denied it but if ... read more

I called these folks tonight for an emergency screen repair job. They took me in last minute and at the end of their work day - all with a smile and great customer service. I have an older phone but they had the screen required and fixed while I waited. Can't say enough good about how good they treated me and the great work they did. Plus they are taking a shot at fixing a badly damaged phone I have - a brand new Samsung Ultra 24+ that got ran over by a work truck. He thinks it can be fixed.
