I really don’t understand how this store has a 4.9 rating because my experience was terrible. I went to get a Rogers SIM card and they told me there was a “$50 deal,” but they didn’t explain clearly that it actually includes an $80 service fee/back payment. On top of that, they charged me a $75 setup fee. Even after charging all these fees, they messed up my SIM during the setup. Came to this shop to pay for my yearly subscription and had a wonderful experience with Gagan. She provided me with a new server and now I get all of my favorite old shows. She was very welcoming, attentive and patient. Upon entering the store another lady greeted me with a smile. The store is very organized and their choice of background music is very gentle and calming which is rare. Thank you Gagan for a memorable experience. Will tell my friends and family about this store.
