Went for a battery replacement but they gave me a worse one than I already had. So I went all the way back for them to give me my old battery back and a refund. I'm grateful for the refund but you cannot sell your customers defective products.
I came to this place around 3:00pm to replace the screen and battery of my phone. Kevin did a good job with the repair and I am happy I have my phone fixed. Great service and I would definitely recommend this place.
Unresponsive and unreliable
Ive gone here twice within the 6 months to get my Iphone screen repaired and the screen starts to glitch and bug out all the time. Need better quality screens. Service was friendly but ive spent now over $300 repairing my screen due to random glitches with the pixles in the screen with the case I bought from them!
I really don’t understand how this store has a 4.9 rating because my experience was terrible. I went to get a Rogers SIM card and they told me there was a “$50 deal,” but they didn’t explain clearly that it actually includes an $80 service fee/back payment. On top of that, they charged me a $75 setup fee. Even after charging all these fees, they messed up my SIM during the setup.
