We recently had Phoenix Blinds install shutters throughout our home and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, communication was clear and professional. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality of the shutters has exceeded our expectations. They’ve added the perfect finishing touch to our home—we highly recommend Phoenix Blinds!
We purchased our shutters from Phoenix about two years ago. One of our children pushed a chair up against the shutters and broke one of the fittings that hold the blade. I contacted them regarding a repair and they brought out the replacement part and fitted it free of charge. They even left a few spares in case the kids reoffend! It’s genuine customer service like this that puts them above the rest. I would highly recommend Phoenix blinds for both their product (in our case shutters) and their service!
Had reason to have Phoenix Blinds out for service call, can't speak highly enough of them, on time, the service man was both professional & extremely friendly, he sorted my issue in 5 mins & although this issue was apparently not covered by warranty, Phoenix Blinds did not charge me a service call. I'm extremely grateful for there prompt, professional 5 star service & would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Phoenix Blinds!!!!
