Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Staff!!! They have no sensitivity. The social worker, DON, financial business office people are rude. My mother was there in the Summer. The room shrimp was in had no air conditioning!! I was told, it was broken. The refused to move her. I had a difficult time discharging her, because of their non-co-operation. Do yourself a favor, and don't even visit. I've seen bugs and rodent droppings. I thought it to their attention. The "cleaning person ", took 4 days to remove. I was constantly complaining... read more
