Beautiful building and grounds from the outside. Total disappointment on the inside. Outdated decor and furnishings. Zero security. You press a button and get buzzed in. Very rarely is someone at the front desk after 5pm. One of the smallest elevators I've seen which is totally insufficient for more than 2 people and close to impossible for wheelchair-bound individuals. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Staff!!! They have no sensitivity. The social worker, DON, financial business office people are rude. My mother was there in the Summer. The room shrimp was in had no air conditioning!! I was told, it was broken. The refused to move her. I had a difficult time discharging her, because of their non-co-operation. Do yourself a favor, and don't even visit. I've seen bugs and rodent droppings. I thought it to their attention. The "cleaning person ", took 4 days to remove.
