I really can't say anything pleasant about this agent and her assistant. We submitted our fast track application and we thought it would be a simple Refi as we had twice previously with Caliber. Although we explained this simplified process did not require our credit to be pulled, this office pulled our credit twice rather than following the expedited process. We recommended they refer to our file and repeat the same steps and instead they followed standard procedures which resulted in our loan being denied as well as negati... read more
