Applied 4 months ago, the staff you call in rentals are beyond rude and unprofessional. I have no log number, yet they demand that. I was never sent or assigned one and they won't give it to me. Seems no one is on the same page. They hang up almost every time once they feel inconvenienced. Called yesterday and the lady literally said, "google it" and hung up on me. The rockaway village apts phone number that is listed on app is out of service, and all emails go unanswered!!!
I am writing this review because there is no way to file a complaint to express my strong dissatisfaction with the way my housing application has been handled and to raise a serious concern about the professionalism of the staff involved.
