I've just had the best massage ever! The staff were so lovely and the therapist was exceptional at finding and fixing all of my sore points. Will definitely recommend these ladies.
One of the best massages I’ve had!! Had a stiff neck causing a tension headache, walked out feeling 100% better.
Requested back and neck massage. I was asked to write down specifics of any particular problem areas. I wrote down and also verbalised in the room before massage that neck area needed attention (knots/stiffness etc). I don’t think the written details were even looked at. Went over and over back areas with not much attention to the neck at all, even when sitting up to end the massage. Needed to go somewhere else to get this attended to. Very frustrating. I highly recommend Phimonluk Thai Massage. The massage was fantastic. The rooms are pristine clean and tidy, with lovely back ground music. It was a professionally managed business operated by staff who care and really do know what they are doing. We will keep going back. 5 stars!
Booked four massages for my mother’s birthday party. I asked if it was possible and waited while they verified they could take the booking. They called me an hour before our session to tell me they could only take two of us at a time. When I explained that this was a birthday party with plans after, and that it was incredibly unprofessional to call me an hour before our session to make these changes, the owner laughed and told me they didn’t know who we spoke with the make the booking.
