Phenomenal customer service. Clearly motivated to get more people doing more cool things on bikes/in the outdoors. A huge asset to the community.
I had a little time to waste, and I love mountain bikes. So, I checked out Phil's Bicycle World. Very nice bike shop! They had a good variety of bikes for sale and any accessory you will need. I wasn't planning on spending any money, but I didn't walk out empty-handed! If you like in or visiting the Florence area, give them a look.
Wanted to exchange a kids helmet, but couldn’t find the receipt from a month ago. Will was very helpful, very friendly, and helped me find the best option for my kid. Great shop, great staff.
