Hopefully you will not be in an accident, but if you are, I would recommend Philpot Law firm. I was involved in an injury almost 3 years ago. Irv and Liz stood by me and helped with my recovery. They will be there for you. They never failed to answer my emails or return my calls.

Best law firm in Greenville. I would refer them to anyone who really wants a team to fight for you. I have worked with most of the Philpots since starting my journey with them. Thanks Liz, Eric and Joye for explaining everything along the way in order for me to understand. It took us a while to get there but you guys made it worth the wait. I wouldn't have changed a thing. If ever I need a lawyer again, you are top of my list.

Scott Harshberger After my injury , it was apparent I needed some leverage to ensure I got the proper treatment on my workers comp case. Upon my initial conversation with Curtis he gained my confidence to trust he and Mr. Irvin going forward. When I had questions , answers were given in a convenient manner for the both of us. When it came time for my settlement, Mr. Irvin worked an amount that was three times what I would have received on my own.Thanks Curtis and Mr. Irvin for your help!

First,let me say this is a return for me,as I have used these exceptional lawyers in the past Catherine and Irv were very personable,caring,and timely with my case.The office staff was always courteous and friendly.Joye is wonderful,and Curt is very pleasant and easy to work with.This entire firm is Excellent on all accounts, thank God I found them.

Terrible experience. My attorney never called me to keep me updated, never returnes nun of my voicemails. Couldnt even give me an estimate and its been 8 months since my accident. All she says is she will notify me when she hears anything. Apparently she never hears anything. Would not recommend. I was 9 months pregnant during my accident my child is 7 months now. Get someone who takes your case as serious as yu do.
