Very helpful and dilligent staff. They always answer my questions quickly, very informative and knowledgeable.
Never well I ever do business here with them, don’t waist your money here. They'll just waist your time, playing phone tag with them, save your money. Wish I can rate it a Zero star. Im not that type to ever make a bad review, But seriously, it’ll get mentally draining with this place.
I paid to have my taxes filed, paid the IRS, and received paperwork from Phillips Tax that my taxes were completed. After logging on to the IRS website a year later, I learned that they were never submitted. I contacted Phillips Tax and was put on hold and then told I would receive a call back. After not hearing from them, I called again and was told they did not submit them, but would submit them today; 13 months after I paid to have my taxes done.
Great people, great place, great service!
