its been one month exactly since i placed orders for 2 pair with lots of options. there was a axis issue that the csr corrected and sent email all was good. Radio silence for 2 weeks only to find out its held up, no call to the number i left on order or email. Try to call company you cannot get through! The chat box is worthless! been on hold with manager for 15 min!! search elsewhere
Incompetency has reached new levels! One calls to place an order, gets the sales department and is told you will be transferred to customer service to place the order. Sales people are entirely clueless and their manager unreachable! When the glasses finally arrived, not at all as described. Covid protection? do not fit against the face at all....terrible product, way overpriced! Returning the glasses is proving to be another headache!
