Once Home and Hearth on S. Airport Rd merged with Phillips Lifestyles we saw our service decline drastically. This last call left us with a yellow stain on one of our seats and chemical imbalance off the charts. Another service call yesterday to fix it, at no charge which I appreciated, but nothing changed. Yellow stain remains, chemical imbalance crazy high. I am seriously considering canceling their service. $100 per hour and that is too much for the service we receive. Decent products, very poor customer service and product service. Never did our install correctly and have had issues ever since. They blame everything else but the fact they never vented our wood stove has caused excess Smoke and poor fires. We have to keep the door cracked to get a fire to burn! They never return calls or messages.
