He communicates very well and is always available, day/night, to discuss any concerns or answer questions. Phillips Law is amazing! I was really stressing about my case due to my driving record and the consequences I was potentially facing after receiving a ticket. Doug truly assured me not to worry every step of the way, which is sort of uncommon nowadays. Doug and Jason were incredible to deal with. They took care of my case with the best possible outcome. Fair priced, honest and professional through and through.
If I could give no stars I would. Our elderly mother hired him to help with probate issues after the passing of our father and for the first month Mr Phillips seemed to care but it has been over a month and a half and absolutely no contact has been made by him to anybody in the family and when we try to call him he avoids our calls. He doesn't return calls texts or emails. Biggest mistake we ever made was having our mother hire him.
