If I could give no stars I would. Our elderly mother hired him to help with probate issues after the passing of our father and for the first month Mr Phillips seemed to care but it has been over a month and a half and absolutely no contact has been made by him to anybody in the family and when we try to call him he avoids our calls. He doesn't return calls texts or emails. Biggest mistake we ever made was having our mother hire him.
Excellent attorney and top notch! Hoping we will not need him again but was awesome to with and if so, would definitely use him again. Thank you Doug!
