friend said dont sign ANYTHING before talking to a lawyer and honestly best advice ever. insurance wanted to lowball me so bad after my accident lol. got a lawyer involved and they fought back hard, ended up with way more than what was first offered. they kept me in the loop the whole time without all the legal jargon stuff. and no upfront cost so it was a no brainer to just go for it
