Claudia M******, she has been very nice throughout this entire ordeal, Has Kept me inform, even though with this pandemic, things have not happen in a timely manner ,it has been sometimes difficult to even get a reply, call or an email back rite away, just been a waiting process, however somethings are beyond our control and I totally understand. On a good note, when I do speak to Claudia, she has been thorough, and have answered all of my questions. thank you all .

Kept me informed about the rather slow and tedious legal process. Also it didn’t help to have to deal with an insurance company noted for lowball payouts and stalling. Phillips handled every aspect professionally.

They tell you what they're going to do numbers and everything but you're going to end up just getting less than 10% of what amount of what they told you the first time you met with them and after your case is done. Even the the time frame they will say in a year but you're going to end longer. Very frustrating I don't recommend them.

Don't waste your time with Phillips Law Firm! My grandson and I have been trying to get help recovering his medical bills after he was T-Boned and his car totaled 3 years ago. We signed on with Phillips Law in August 2018!! As of today, October 16, 2020 we have not received anything. It's impossible to get any consistent help because our case keeps getting passed on to different lawyers. I am very displeased with Phillips Law Firm. After I had my accident. I called them and someone came to my residence that same day. To sign with them to take my case. It has been almost 3 years.
