The absolute single worst communication experience of my entire life..and I have lived 70 years. After an initial warm greeting on the first encounter, over the next six months despite more than 10 phone calls and 20 emails, I actually had to drive to the office and demand to see a "live person" who actually knew something about my case... and they didn't know anything!
