No no. Scam artists. Stole my deposit for a legally cancelled contract.
Nature of complaint: A failure to honor a contract or agreement Problem description: we ordered a triple pane window from phillips home solutions and the company agreed to keep our awnings as part of the deal. Well after the 3 day grace period to cancel, they contacted us to say the could not do this jib with the awnings, we advised them we did not want the window then, Jim Phillips, the owner called and said he would pursue the matter with thier lawyer if we did not take the window. well we took the window, had it installed... read more
