The sales team are great. The delivery folks were outstanding.
We were, initially, only shopping for dining room furniture but we had such a pleasant experience that we called the furniture store we'd already purchased our living room furniture from and canceled the order so we could buy from Phillips. Their prices were much better and they offer free delivery. Diane was an excellent salesperson. Every single person we interacted with was absolutely wonderful. They treated us like family.
